How can we protect the country when we have training for only three years? The government should withdraw this scheme. Another candidate said, ‘Where will we go after four years of service?
Varun Gandhi also raised the question, the government should clear the situation
The agitating students say that the government should cancel this scheme. The old method of recruitment in the army should be restored. The fire of this ongoing movement in Bihar can spread to other states too soon. Let us tell you that even a section of ex-servicemen does not agree with this. They say that this will affect the dignity of the army and is not good in terms of security either.
Meanwhile, BJP MP Varun Gandhi has also raised the question by tweeting. He wrote, ‘There are many questions in the minds of the youth of the country regarding the Agneepath scheme. In order to get the youth out of the state of confusion, the government should make its stand clear by putting forward the policy facts related to the scheme at the earliest. So that the youth energy of the country can be used positively in the right direction.
